Privacy Policy

Friends of Caldy Nature Park has your contact details if:

1. You have signed up to be a Member.  We only use these details to send you information about our activities.  We do this because it is in the legitimate interest of our group to publicise our activities to our members.  Your details are stored securely by our committee, and will be deleted if you do not continue to pay your membership fee.  

2. You register for an event.  We only use these details to send you confirmation, reminders or cancellation information about the event.  

3. You raise a query here from the Contact page.  We only use your email address to respond to your query. ​We never pass email addresses to third parties although we may copy in replies to other members of our Committee or the Countryside Officer where appropriate.
